Rendering of ‘La'ala’ & ‘Asaa’ in the Holy Quran

The object of the study is to look at English (TT) translation لعل la’ala and عسى ‘asaa in Arabic Text (ST) Holy Quran. They have same meaning with little differences. Their renderings are investigated analyzed semantically according contextual cohesive certain texts, i.e. aayas (verses). question is: do translators (al-Hilali &Khan Irving) succeed rendering meanings two items from (source text) into (target text)? Are there differences between translations, or items? drawn out that relatively succeeded l’ala ‘asaa. However, it shown (SL) more precise than English, latter has limited expressions compared much Quranic expressions. Moreover, translations not different them though Irving’s adequate al-Hilali &Khan’s.
